Over the years bermuda and kikuyu grasses have been spreading in the turf areas and since these are creeping grasses the problem will only get worse from year to year. The Board of Directors has approved a proposal to eradicate these grasses and replace it with tall fescue. This project will begin immediately. Please bear with us as sections of turf will be dead during the project.
