The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, in partnership with Ralphs and the DEA, will be hosting a Prescription Take-Back Event on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: Ralphs Parking Lot – 33145 Temecula Parkway
This event provides residents with a safe and convenient way to dispose of unwanted, unused, or expired medications; both over-the-counter and controlled substances will be accepted for safe destruction.
