Turf Reduction Projects

The board approved a couple more turf reduction projects, one consists of the two corners on the Augusta side of Redhawk Pkwy and Peppercorn. The turf will be removed and replaced by 579 Roses (wow!), 10 trees and some additional shrubs. This will create a very colorful focal area as well as save us money spent on irrigation. The other project is a much smaller turf area along Corte Mislanca, the area will be replanted with roses, shrubs and 5 trees.

WARNING: Increased Coyote Activity

There have been reports of increased coyote activity in Redhawk. To help ensure the safety of your small animals, do not leave them outside unattended especially at night.

Avalon Movie Day!

In March, Avalon is treating our residents to a free family movie day for the new release of Cinderella!

We are inviting residents of our communities to sign up to receive up to 4 free movie tickets and food vouchers.
