Following is the verbiage from the flyer provided by Ashbrook Communities, "Ashbrook Communities is proposing a new project on Tract Number 34715 in the Redhawk Community. The parcel was previously approved for 97 attached condominiums. We are planning to develop 77 single family homes on the site, which will provide housing opportunities, reduce density and reduce traffic (as compared to the previously approved product).

The meeting will be held at the Temecula Public Library located at 30600 Pauba Road, on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 6:30pm." The City of Temecula has been mandated by the State of California to prohibit pollutants from entering our creeks, streets, gutters, catch basins, and any other drainage system that conveys storm flows into local waterways. A pollutant is any material that can contribute to the degradation of water quality or riparian habitat. Common pollutants include chemicals, pet waste, litter, paints, soaps, solvents, vehicle fluids, wash water, even grass clippings, pool water discharges, and landscape irrigation runoff. Other than storm water, almost all discharges are now considered illegal. Any person who generates, contributes to, or causes an illegal discharge is in violation of State regulations, and the City's municipal code. Breaches are subject to enforcement measures, including stiff fines by both the State and City. Please assist the City in complying with this mandate, by taking any action as necessary to prevent illegal discharges. |
