 The gated communities of Fairway and Vintage have upcoming community wide garage sales.
Fairway: Saturday, May 16, 2015 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Vintage: Saturday, May 16, 2015 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  The turf reduction project at the Collection Park located at Sharon and Vine streets has been completed and looks wonderful. Adams Landscaping has done a great job and we really appreciate their efforts!
Five officers of the Temecula Police Department attended the April 7th Board meeting to provide ways to reduce the risk of becoming a victim and how to make our neighborhood more safe. These recommendations and other information can be viewed by clicking on the PDF file included with this post.
 During the last few weeks, multiple mailboxes maintained by the Association were broken into and as a result the boxes had to be replaced. We reported the recurring issue to the Temecula Police and they agreed to do increased patrols and to have a special enforcement team do surveillance in unmarked vehicles. We were just contacted by the police and they reported a suspect has been arrested!!!
