The purpose and effect of the proposed rule change is to replace the following rule; Voting Policies and Procedures and to have the Association’s rules align with Senate Bill 323.
The Board of Directors is scheduled to consider the Election Rules for approval at the January 15, 2020 Board of Directors Meeting being held at 6 PM at the offices of Avalon Management (43529 Ridge Park Drive, Temecula).
