The land located south of Eagle Point and north of Anza Road will be developed by Standard Pacific Homes and Lennar Homes and will consist of 318 homes. Years ago this property was proposed to be developed by High Pointe Communities but was delayed due to the economy. The open area along Redhawk Pkwy between Eagle Point and Eastridge will become one of the access points along with access from the south with the construction of new and extended roadways. Terracina is not part of Redhawk or the City of Temecula. It is in an area of unincorporated Riverside County.
