Turf Removal on Lydia Court
In an effort to reduce the costs of irrigating, your board has approved the removal of 5040 square feet of turf on Lydia Court in the Summerhill area. The project will convert the current irrigation system to drip, which is far more efficient and reduce our overall water usage. The area will be replanted with trees, shrubs and be more attractive. The proposal was initiated by Adams Landscaping and includes a contractor direct rebate from the Metropolitan Water district. The total out of pocket costs to Redhawk is approximately $519.00.
